1. Parties
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the order placed electronically through the website of the Pano platform (hereinafter referred to as "SELLER") by the user purchasing services/products through the platform (hereinafter referred to as "BUYER").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the relevant consumer protection laws and Distance Contracts Regulations regarding the sale and delivery of plugins, themes, or other digital services ordered digitally by the BUYER through the SELLER's web platform.
3. Product Information and Delivery
The products subject to the agreement are digital content and are defined to the BUYER's account or made available for download after payment is completed. No physical delivery is performed.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Distance Contracts Regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for "contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer." Since purchased products are delivered instantly in the digital environment, there is no right of return or withdrawal.
5. General Provisions
The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and informed themselves about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and preliminary information regarding delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the SELLER's website and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
