HepsiJet for Pano Market

HepsiJet is the courier arm of Hepsiburada. This plugin adds it as a shipping provider for parcels inside Turkey to Pano Market, which must be installed and running: it is a required dependency of this plugin.

What it supports

• Creating a HepsiJet shipment from the Pano panel. Pano Market makes up the parcel number from the order, so pressing the button twice never creates two shipments.
• The PDF label, delivered at once or fetched a moment later.
• Cancelling a shipment that has not been picked up yet.
• Tracking: Pano Market asks HepsiJet for the state of open shipments on a schedule.
• Test mode against the HepsiJet test environment.
• One parcel per shipment; the billable desi is worked out from the weight and the size.

What it does not do

• No live price quote: set the shipping price of a method with Pano Market's own rate rules.
• No push notifications: HepsiJet documents no tracking webhook, so the state is polled.
• International shipping and cash on delivery.

Verification level

Unverified: HepsiJet shares its documentation only with contracted merchants, and this plugin has not been tested against a live or test HepsiJet account. It was checked only against sample answers written from the protocol described in its verification record.

Setup

1. Sign a contract with HepsiJet and ask for the integration user, its password, your abbreviation code and your pick-up address id.
2. Install Pano Market, then this plugin, and open Market, Shipping, HepsiJet in the panel.
3. Enter the user name, the password, the company name, the abbreviation code and the pick-up address id.
4. Fill in the sender address and the default parcel size.
5. Press “Test connection”, then enable the carrier and bind a shipping method to it.
