Sendcloud for Pano Market

Sendcloud is a shipping platform with 160+ carriers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. This plugin adds it as a shipping provider to Pano Market, which must be installed and running: it is a required dependency of this plugin.

What it supports

• Live shipping rates at checkout from Sendcloud's shipping options, with the options that cannot ship a parcel listed separately.
• Buying a label from the Pano panel with one click: PDF, or ZPL for thermal label printers, delivered at once or fetched a moment later.
• Cancelling a label that has not been picked up yet.
• Tracking: Pano Market asks Sendcloud for the state of open shipments, and Sendcloud's signed webhook makes it update at once. Only webhooks signed with your key are believed.
• One parcel per shipment.

Test mode

Sendcloud has no sandbox. In test mode this plugin buys only Sendcloud's free "Unstamped letter" option and refuses every other option before anything is sent, so a test order never costs money.

Verification level

Unverified: this plugin has not been tested against a live Sendcloud account. Its request and tracking handling was checked only with sample data written from Sendcloud's documented protocol.

Setup

1. Install Pano Market, then this plugin, and open Market, Shipping, Sendcloud in the panel.
2. Create an API integration in your Sendcloud account and paste its public key and secret key.
3. Fill in the sender address and the default parcel size.
4. Copy the webhook URL shown in the form into your Sendcloud account as a webhook for parcel status changes. If the webhook has its own signature key, enter it too; otherwise the secret key signs it.
5. Press “Test connection”, then enable the carrier and bind a shipping method to one of its shipping options.
